We have repaired headsets from numerous manufacturers including David Clark. We can offer various repairs ranging from ear seal replacement and microphone replacement to rewiring and complete rebuilds of David Clark models.

Our headset servicing can help prolong the life of your headset. We offer a full physical inspection including seals, headband, cables. We will test the microphone sensitivity with 1kHz sinewave response checks measured against 1kHz signal generator sinewave, with live communication checks with local ATC from a Cessna 172. The speakers and general physical attributes will also be checked for faults.

All repairs and services follow a test procedure which will be sent back to you with your headset. A service report is supplied with details of completed checks as well as test sheets.
